The rooms we booked were nicely decorated, new, and had balconies/terraces with pleasant views, and we enjoyed using the spa.

Property was excellent quality, I greatly enjoyed the stay.

location: the hotel was just off all the bars and restaurants, close to bars, and the city centre. the atmosphere created was quiet.

Very nicely restored building, elegant decoration. Friendly staff, really warm welcome. Breakfast was also great. We stayed one night before taking the ferry and wanted to be close to the restaurants and shops and the location was ideal for this.

The room had comfy beds, an electronic key card for easy access, a spacious work desk, and tea/coffee making facilities ☕.

Very good hotel right next to the city center and near the Costa Smeralda. The room was modern and well equipped. Friendly staff. Free parking nearby.

When travelling by car the hotel is not so easy to find, also it's located in a very small street.

The rooms here are spacious, beautifully decorated, have modern furnishings, including sofa beds, and the service is exceptional, just as we expected.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were decorated yo avery high standard, they were spotlessly clean and very sylish. The staff were very attentive and pleasent, they made you feel very special, and nothing was too much trouble. Good advice was given to us about the area, places to eat and where to go etc etc. We will certainly return to this hotel. Our first visit to Sardinia has been a truly wonderful experience. We have a lot of experience of hotels, this one is superb! We only had breakfast in the hotel and that was superb! Learning baout the Aquaduct was also very interesting. a good feature to sell the hotel I think!!!!!! Thanks for a wonderful first night in sardinia, Julie and chris Dilnot

The hotel is beautiful. The location is brilliant. Breakfast was really good, very nice choice. The staff was extremely helpfull and welcoming!Highly recomend.

The double room had a comfortable bed with a safe box, mini-bar, and central heating, as well as spacious bathrooms with a bidet.

To be honest, I liked everything: The service, the amazing room, the breakfast, the design of the hotel, the location, cannot put my finger on anything negativ.

The hotel is recent, the interior is fresh with a good design. It is located right in the city center.

Our room was on the ground floor, so we had a feeling of living right in the reception itself... The room was kind of small.

Excellent location, huge bed, beautiful bedroom, big balcony, comfortable bathroom, excellent wifi.

The staff was excellent and could speak english, french, spanish. The hotel is ideally located. 5 minutes to city center and 5 minutes from the main roads to go to the costa esmeralda and the magdalena archipel. Fantastic. On the down side the room are a little bit too small however clean and very comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff recommended an excellent local restaurant. Lovely old building rather originally and elegantly decorated, extremely comfortable. There was a good breakfast.

It was very useful that it had a parking area, but it wasn't very secure. also none of the rooms currently have baths - only showers but the owners told me that they were building additional rooms which would have baths.
